About the event

Unwind. Refresh. Rejuvenate. 

Join us every first Sunday for Selfcare Sunday, a hour long women’s circle with a sound bath designed to help you connect, unwind, and rejuvenate, setting a peaceful tone for the week ahead. This event is the perfect way to relax, release stress, and find inner peace while connecting in a space specifically crafted to support you. 

Why Join Selfcare Sunday? 

Relax and Unwind while melting away the stress of the previous week.

Refresh and Recharge by starting your new week with a clear and calm mind.  

Create community, join a supportive community focused on holistic well-being. 

How it works: 

This is a virtual event where participation is encouraged and preferred.

We’ll start at 8pm and try to finish by 9.

The event is free for everyone as we want to provide everyone the opportunity to participate but we do provide you the option to donate to our business to support our efforts. 

At checkout you can select any dollar amount from $0 to your hearts desire and 24 hours prior to the event you will receive our session link as well as 30 minutes prior to our start time.

(Don’t know what to donate $11 is appreciated)

Simply join the session at 8pm (est) on Sunday and have an open mind and heart.

Requirements: 

Reliable internet connection to provide a stable connection to prevent interruptions.

Good quality headphones for an immpersive experience, but good speakers can also work.

Comfortable seating or lying area: a yoga mat, cushion, or bed where you can lie down or sit comfortably. (You’ll want to be able to keep your back straight)

Optional:

Soft lighting (or candles) to create a soothing environment. 

Blanket and pillow for added comfort and relaxation. 

Essential oils, incense. or a diffuser to enhance relaxation.
